As we are working for hospitaility sector we have proposed cisco phone DX650 for guest room which is interagted with Nevotek Nemo app for checkin & checkout . It is obivious that after Guest checkout from hotel all the call history in the phone should be cleared As phone DX650 does not have by default clear call history as Axl as this is android device.. Therefore only way to clean call history after checkout is to use Nemo app.In order to use Nemo app, it should be always active and opened on screen.
We have upgraded the phone version to latest firmware but still same issue.

Note: Same application is workign well with cisco model 7975
