DX70 LSC cert provisioning via CAPF

Hi Community,

Could somebody explain to me how exactly provisioning of LSC certificate via CAPF for DX70 endpoint works in CUCM 9.1(2)

I have DX70 in simple mode and i would like to use LSC certificate instead of MIC for encryption of signalling and media as well. Unfortunatelly i am not able to provide LSC cert via CAPF to DX70 - here is the output message at CAPF Information section at phone configuration site:

Certificate Operation Status: Upgrade Failed: User Initiated Request Late/Timedout
