Summary: Hi,
Currently we are newly deploying DX70 on UCM 9.1.1.
But we are unable to see the DX70 model on the UCM.
Please let me know how we can proceed with the support of DX70 without any major downtime.

Hi Krishna,
You will need to upgrade cucm to version 9.1.2 and apply latest device pack for 9.1.2 on all servers followed by cluster reboot. This will also enable the support for 78xx series phones.

Thanks for your support.
Current Callmanager version is 9.1.1.20000-5. Now we are going to upgrade it to 9.1.2.10000-28. The device pack which we are going to install is 9.1(2)(14103-1).
I have following queries:
1. Once we upgrade the UCM cluster with 9.1.2.10000-28, then we need to install the device pack?
2. After installing device package, is it requires the UCM cluster reboot also?
3. Is it UCM version 9.1.2.10000-28 will support DX70 video phone without installing any device package ?
