CUCM 11.5 We've converted about 125 Dx80s from Android to CE. But I have One that is registered at ce-8.3.1....... and won't pull the phone load for ce-9.0.1......... All the others pulled the new file after the convert and reset. This has been restarted from the web gui and the device, but it's stuck ?
For everyone's benefit, I solved this. I removed the extension from the device. Created new device profile from scratch, did not copy another profile. Reattached the line and the device registered and Finally ran the update. Done. HTH.
