Hi everyone.
Received some DX80 from Cisco for testing purposes. The DX are configured in the CUCM as we speak but they won't register.
I can use the DX with Jabber (Chat functionnality) and it works fine, but the CALL option isnt available.
The DX is configured like a regular phone, it's in the right VLAN, the MAC address is fine too.
Anyone can give me a clue as to where i can look to make it work?

Can you provide the packet capture from the DX80 after resetting it until the time it gets stuck on registering?

Generate CUCM traces and use Xtranslator to decode.
You can upload the traces here and I can decode them.

Ok, so the problem was solved by installing device pack "cmterm-devicepack10.5.1.12026-1.cop.sgn", rebooting cluster and by assigning DN to the DX80.
