E-SRST using +E.164

I am having an issue when my phones register to the router in E-SRST mode.  I am not able to call the phones internally; I just get a busy signal. The extensions on the 8841 phones for example look like \+12145551212. We would like to be able to dial the extensions local to the site via 4 digits so I would need to prepend the +12145551212 but where do I configure that? I am using one voice registration pool for the whole subnet the phone are in do I build that in there?

One solution for this will be to create a Dial-peer with higher preference than the ephone DN and then apply a translation rule to manipulate the digits however the way you want. Hope this helps

For example

dial-peer voice 1002
  voip destination-pattern 1019
  .
  .
  .
preference 0 <<=====This dial peer has precedence and will match first.

ephone-dn 1
  number 1019
preference 1 <<======Configure lower preference for prebuilt DN.
