E1 ISDN PRI Cisco Lucent Flapping

Hi,

Actually i have set up an E1 ISDN Pri between a Cisco 3845 and an avaya PBX, problem is that E1 is flapping up and down with no aparent reason. not really sure why.

I did the configuration following the config guide Cisco 2621 Gateway-PBX Interoperability: Lucent/Avaya Definity G3si with E1 PRI NET5 Signaling from the following link:
