Dear,
I have UCCX 10.6 and CUCM 10.6 with 2900 Router as VoiceGatway and a Panasonic PBX system for Analog Phone.
Panasonic PBX has some PSTN Line on it that i transfer those line to an UCCX Application. The Application do some Queuing Mechanism for incoming call from PSTN that route through PBX to my voicegateway and UCCX server.
The Problem is that since I transfer PSTN Line from PBX to Cisco Collaboration System, I have noise on incoming call from PBX and incoming PSTN calls didn't disconnect when i end calls on my mobile phone and the call goes on the csq on an on.
I appreciate if you could help me with that problem.
Thanks.

The noise problem is most likely an issue on the PBX or POTS line. I'm not aware of an ISDN E1 misconfiguratuon that would cause that, through the DSP on the voice gateway is technically capable of that symptom of defective, though that's very unlikely. TAC would need to troubleshoot/confirm the DSP in order to create an RMA.
The disconnect supervision problem is a byproduct of loop-start POTS: it assumes a human is on the near-end and will return on-hook when the call ends. You'll need to change the POTS line to ground-start (provided the PBX supports it or use some other trunk technology that provides inherent disconnect supervision.

Thanks for Response,
Recently I found that the noise problem is something like echo. the user hearing their voice when call come from PSTN Line of Panasonic PBX but users doesn't have problem with PBX Phone to CUCM registered Phone.
I use all echo-cancel parameter on E1 that use between PBX and VoiceGateway but there is takes better but there is a small echo sound in there.
regards.
