We have a problem, when customer call out,the far end refused the call.If customer's phone didn't dropped, after about 40s,the phone would call out again.I checked the "Debug isdn q931" logs, the rx recieved disconnect message, but the phone cannot dropped.

Anyone see this issue before.

Hi,

It's CUCM deployment, and the phone registered in the CUCM.

Thanks

Hi, check if your gateways is sending release messages to cucm to drop the
line depending whether sip or h323.

Hi,

It's sip.The gateway is sip trunk to cucm.

Thanks

Hi,

when the gateway received the disconect ,it didn't send release messsages to cucm.

thankyou

Hi,

That is the reason for your phone to continue ringing and cucm retrying.
Try to debug ccsip verbose on the gateway to see why bye is not sent to
cucm.
