We had a vendor set up a lot of our equipment initially. All the routers have 1 or 2 of the NIM cards mainly using the FXOs. I have a couple of routers that list all these efxs ports, which are really a pain, I don't need to see them. They don't show on the majority of my routers, how can I delete these references ? Is that possible ? 4400 guide wasn't much help.
This is CUCM 10.5 system there are no ephones in the system.

Check your IOS running config. There has to be ephones or ephone-dns.

efxs ports are a representation of ephones created in your CME. You can't delete them. If you delete ephones then they disappear.

Hi Mohammed,
My apologies, I edited my post, this is CUCM 10.5 and there are no ephones. There are IP phones set up in the system via ccm-manager / mgcp process.
