How to electronic lock cisco ip phone ?

So, when we input code *1 + 123456 for lock, ip phone cannot outgoing call.

When we input code *2 + 123456 for unlock, ip phone can outgoing call.

What you are looking for is not a default supported feature of Cisco Communications Manager.

You need a third party application to achieve this functionality like And Phone Lock -
