ELM Password Recovery

Hi,

I am using separate ELM and forgot the password. Kindly guide me in breaking the password.

CUCM ver 9.1. CUCM and ELM are 2 different servers. ssh password  to ELM also not working.

Hi,

from the putty of ELM, u can run the command

license management list users ---to check the user for ELM

license management change user password --to change the password

Guys,

Nibin is telling us that even OS account is not working.

In this case you need os password recovery procedure and than change Application password as suggested by Aman and Manish

Dear All,

Thanks for the reply. But as Carlo mentioned I don't even have the OS password. In my case CUCM and ELM are two different servers. I have all the password including OS available for CUCM. 

So can I flow the CUCM password recovery to recover ELM OS password.

Hi Nibin.

The os password recovery procedure, is the same for CUCM, IM&P (old CUPS) , Unity Connection and ELM.

So yes you can use the same procedure.
