ELM to PLM - CUCM post upgradation activity.

Hi

We are planning to upgrade CUCM, IM, CUC from version 9.1.2 to 10.5

Question is,

Once I complete the upgradation of CUCM,IM, CUC. Do I need to do any upgrade on ELM separately?

Or while upgrading CUCM from 9.1.2 to 10.5, ELM will also be automatically upgraded to PLM?

Do I need to add CUCM & CUC again on ELM or PLM?

Consider, I have already valid UCSS and upgrade ordered through PUT.

Just send email to license team with valid contract# is enough to get upgrade license?

Hi Rajesh,

if u are using co-resident ELM , then , ELM is upgraded to PLM along with Call manager upgrade.

if it is  standalone, then , it has to be done separately.

there won't be any need to add CUCM and CUC in PLM since the product instance would remain same.

You need to send the txt file generated  from PLM to licensing team to get permanent licnese from PLM.
