EMCC Login Succesful -- but no Device profile loaded

Hello:

We are testing EMCC in our lab environment with IP communicator, EM cross cluster login is succesful, but doesnt load the device profile of the visitor. IP communicator just sits blank. However when tested individually, device profiles work fine on their home cluster.

Any ideas

Emcc not supported by cipc you would need to test with a physicak phone
