Hi everyone,
I have a problem where my calls to emergency numbers are not going through the PSTN, like the number 190. I looked in my CUCM and there is a route pattern allowing the dialing for the 1XX numbers and the gateway of this route I believe has no restriction, at least that's what I looked at in the router configuration.

Run DNA (Dialed Number Analyzer) on CUCM and take a look at the route pattern, gateway, etc. being used for the call. You can also run a "debug voip dialpeer" on the gateway to see the dial peer/port being used.
