Enable 100rel in the CP 8800 series CUCM version

Dear,

 

Is it possible to enable 100rel on the CP 8800series device with enterprise firmware? Although this device is with CUCM firmware I am homologating with a third party pabx. I am using sepmacaddress.cnf.xml to perform the settings through auto provisioning. Is there any parameter in sepmacaddress.cnf.xml that allows 100rel to be activated? By default, 100rel is disabled

No 100Rel isn't set in the XML file. Attached a sample

Actually 100rel was not set because I do not know if there is a possibility. Is there any parameter that can be set in the xml that allows 100rel to be activated? Attached is the XML used
