Hi

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's supported.

Have you activated the 'Extended Functions' service on CUCM?

Do you see the softkey on the phone?

CCM Serviceability - Tools - Service Activation - select a CUCM server and activate the service.

Are you trying to create a softkey template? You can copy the default softkey template and edit the layout. Then under the onhook or ring out option I believe is where you will add the callback key.

When you open the softkey template on the right navigation bar you would drop down to the key layout and click go. From there you can edit the different connection softkeys.

Hope this helps

HI Yosh ,

Thanks for your support , it has been done ..

I have one query about that , let us see user A & user B , User A is connected to other user i.e Z user , When User B is calling to user A , User B only listen rings , But there is any another Feature or option is available  like that " Number is busy"  insted of listing the rings .
