Hi.
We have a CUCM cluster at version 15SU2 in mixed mode and we are trying to secure the phones as now all the phones have "Standard SIP Non-Secure Profiles".
The cluster has certificates signed from External Root CA.
We have already created the secure profiles for the Jabber, 7841, 8845 etc like the bellow screenshot.
When we modify the "Device Security Profile" in the Phone and we choose "Install/Upgrade" at the "Certificate Operation" the phone goes to unregistered status despite the fact that the "Certificate Operation Status" has been "Upgrade Success".
The same result is at any kind of SIP Cisco Phone we have in the cluster.
Packet capture from the pc which has the jabber show the bellow where maybe the Connection Reset message could tell something.
Every step made at the customer has already been made at out lab with same exact version of CUCM and certificates also signed with external Root CA and the phones are being encrypted successfully.
Can please someone advice?
