I'm on CUCM 12.5.1.11900-146. ALL of our users are configured with Extension Mobility. We are almost exclusively Cisco 8845 phones. I'm trying to enable Enhanced Line Mode on an Extension Mobility Device Profile. I cannot get the additional buttons on the right hand side of the phone to populate with BLF/SD's. Is there a trick I'm missing? The Device Profile does not have the "Line Mode" option like the physical phone has. I've tried setting the Line Mode on the physical phone to Enhanced Line Mode with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated.
