When dialing or pressing the Voice mail button we get the prompt "Enter your PIN followed by #". If you press the wrong PIN it automatically prompts you for your ID, "Invalid entry, Enter your ID followed by #"
Can we have it repeat to enter your pin at least once more maybe twice before prompting for ID?

By default request Entry of User ID after Failed PIN Entry From Known Extension its enabled. Disable this and it will keep asking the PIN.
Go to CUC>>Advanced>>Conversation Configuration and you will find this option.
