error dial Australia E164 number within Autralia

Hi all

need some help here.

try to dial an national number from company directory with cisco webdial and encounter error.

The numbers in directory are all in E164 format, let's say we try to ring Perth office from sydney office on following number (-|- 0 0011 8 9234 3333) on some phones it goes thought but other not. however, I can call all sydney office extension in E164 format via Web dial, no issue.  try D any suggestion?

Are you sure, your Partition order in CSS is not causing this ? Perhaps the overlapping route patterns ( incorrect one ) available in top most partion is getting followed & the call is not reaching the right partition at all which is at the bottom ?
