Please confirm the file was not renamed after download. The file name is part of the signing of the file. The error suggests only to check file integrity.

Hi!
Sometimes the files get downloaded with a .gz.gz extension instead of with a .gz.sgn extension when using IE. The resulting .gz.gz file cannot be successfully installed so you have to rename it to be .gz.sgn or use Mozilla Firefox to download it. CSCsh20023
Otherwise check if the MD5 checksum is the same. You can do it with an MD5 checker, just google MD5 checker and you'll find some for free.
