Error in install unity with 4.2.1

Hi I am have a problem, in Extending the Active Directory Schema for CiscoUnity.

The error log states that Exchange may not be present in the Domain. I would start by verifying that Exchange is installed on the Domain, and make sure you are running the schema update is being run on the schema master server.

Hi

My account is administrator and this is member of Schema Admin, and I am log on Administrator in domain.

I have install exchange and Im getting the following Errors from my unity:

"Exchange System Manager

There is no Microsoft Exchange Organization in that domain.

ID no: c1030a8c"

Any suggestions?
