Error message in debug isdn q931 message

Hi,

I have a Cisco 2911 gateway with an E1 ISDN Pri port which is configured as a SIP gateway for a CUCM 9.1(2)SU1 cluster.

On inbound calls I see an error message "**ERROR**: validate_connected_number: Invalid connected_number" - see below for the full debug.

The customer has reported that some users say calls ring on their phones but that it takes approx 10 seconds for an audio path to be established.

I have not been able to reproduce the problem and the message below is the only thing that looks out of the ordinary.

Is the message anything to worry about or is it just a cosmetic issue?

Thanks

Is this CME or acting as a gateway for CUCM?  If a gateway, are you using SIP or H.323?  It might be complaining about something sent in the H.225 Connect message or the SIP 200OK for the connected number format when it tries to relate that via Q931 to the PSTN.

For H.323, run these for a call:

debug h225 asn1

debug h225 q931

For SIP, run this:

debug ccsip messages

hi Team,

Getting exact same error on PRI connected to Nortel PBX from Cisco VGW & there is no audio at all for incoming calls from Nortel to Cisco.

Outbound from Cisco to Nortel working fine. Did we get any fix for this ?
