I am trying to change IP address for 7960 but when I hit edit button its says "that key is no active here". I done factory reseting but still facing same issue. Any one there who can help me?
On the IP phone,press Settings button. After that press **#, which would display UNLOCKED on Screen.
After that u can change IP address in Network.
