We aregetting this error reported every 1 minute...
Directory change notification request time out.
App ID:Cisco CTIManager Cluster ID: CSCCMPUB-Cluster Node: ID:CSCCMSUB02
Has anyone seen this before, a cannot find anything on CCO.

You are hitting this bug CSCsd17315 CTI tries to register notifications after app terminates unexpectedly.
CallManager application log is flooded with the following event once per minute.
Problem Details: Event Type: Error
Restart CTIManager on the server where you are seeing the application events
