Error Occured While retrieving information from database.The connection between presence and CUCM Publisher is down
please help me to solve this out,

That looks fine, any possibility of rebooting the cucm Pub followed by IM&P?

Hi Alpert,
What is the exact cucm version. Can you check the output of "show status" on both CUCM and IM&P Pub and also see if any imp services are stopped on them.

thats not possible,
my company man forbids me to reboot the server.
any service in cucm must be to restart ?

Try restarting Cisco Sync Agent service under Network services on IM&P and see if that helps, else you should open a TAC case to investigate further if there are no further inputs on this post.

but service ability cannot be open, please see the attachment above,
open tac is disable here because out of service.

Can you please let me know which server did you restart to resolve the issue.
I'm getting the same error:
"Error Occured While retrieving information from database.The connection to the CUCM Publisher is down"
Please let me know if you restarted CUCM PUB or IMP server or both ?
