Error on Page in CMM 4.2(3)

Hi.

today i insert a new T1/E1 card.

When i go to configure the card in CCM, and i select VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1-E1 Card, the CCM open a new windows with more parameters.

When i push the insert button, always the same problem.

"error on page".

What can i do??

what's the exact version?

i've heard of similar problems before and an upgrade to the latest SR seemed to clear the issue
