Error through insert phones through bulk

Hi Guys

when I tried to insert the phones, in job schedual I got error : MAC Address/Device Name Error Code Error Description what is the problem here? 

I ecparted the all details and converted into csv as dilimited.

I tried with specific details the same result? Is excel version is related to this problem?

After long investigation and dig deeper in this case....I found it its related to comma and semicolon. 

When i upload the csv file in CUCM and click in view file I found the speration between the items is ; not comma...

After long trials I found the windows in language and region have to change list seprator into comma ","

After changed that then the issue solved!

This is if any one faced the same issue ;)
