Error updating locale

Hi all, 

I need to change the phone language of 8845, from English to Simplified Chinese.

However, the ip phone 8845 fail to change to language to Chinese after I configure the "User Locale" in CCM Phone Profile.

Anyone had the same problem and any suggest ? Thanks a lot!

Some Details as below:

Locale version:10.5.2.2200-1

CCM version:10.5.2.13901-2

8845 version:11.5.1SR1-1

Hi,

If you check the Read Me file for this locale, it does not include 8845 as one of the supported phone models

Not a problem, its always recommended to check the Read Me files before installing any new firmware, locale, device pack or any special cop files.
