I'm trying to upgrade from Unity 2.3 to 3.2 but when i enter the command..
software download upgrade url ftp://10.2.64.18/cue-vm-k9.nm-aim.3.2.5. software download upgrade url ftp://10.2.64.18/cue-vm-k9.nm-aim.3.2.5.pkg username cisco password cisco
I get the following error

IP connectivity is good, windows firewall is off and ive tried from an XP PC and windows 7 PC both result in the same error
Files are in the correct ftp folder
