error while enabling ESRST on ISR 4351VG

Hi 

We have Cisco VG ISR4351 Version 15.5(3)S4b

We have many 8841 IP phones for end users. We want to enable ESRST to support video call on 8841 Phone during SRST mode. 

With default srst mode 8841 phone can establish only audio call on 8841 during srst.

When we tried to enable ESRST on voice gateway, we are getting below error message.

Failed: some pool not configured with mac or device-id as id!

VG1(config)#voice register global
VG1(config)#mode esrst

pls remove voice register pool command

after then add voice register global mode esrst

it should work..

Exactly correct. Remove voice register pools - enter voice register global - mode esrst - THEN build back voice register pools
