Error while installing Presence server.

Hi,

I have encountered a problem while installing the presence server in the cluster through Vsphere.

It gives an error message of "the installation has encountered a unrecoverable internal error while installing presence server ".

While installing ,we have given all the details correctly and also i tried second time . Still the same error appearing and halt the system.

Attached error message with this.

Call Manager version 10.5.1

IM&Presence Server version 10.5.1

Please can anyone help me to sort out this issue.

Hi AZ,

This is a common error message which you will see during installation failure and we cannot conclude much from this. You could dump the install logs using the below procedure to find out where exactly the installation is failing.

Could be many things.Obvious one that springs to mind is that you may have users already configured to use Presenc

Check under presence redundancy groups, do you have users assigned?
