Sometimes when a user performa a corporate directory search from an ip phone gets that message: "error xml [5]". any ideas of the cause?.
Using ccm 4.2(3) - ip phone 7911, 7941, 7961

You might be hitting this bug:
CSCse37151: Phone displays XML Parse Error when accessing Contact List
Symptom:
XML Parser Error on phone when
Conditions:
See Symptom
Workaround:
Shorten the length to 31 or less.
I would also recommend you to upgrade to the latest phone load.
