I did lots of thing and I read alot about the configuration but I have this "ERROR: Zero Size Tracks" problem
let me explain the steps :
1.I create the sip profile with the " deliver conference bridge identifier " check box enabled..
2.I check "Early Offer support for voice and video calls" to be disabled ...
3.I create recording profile with number 7999
4. I enabled the build in bride in services
5.I go to my DNs and force them to automatic record call with recording profile that I made before and with phone prefferd
6.I go to phones and check the BIB ..and changed it to on . I give the owner user ..
7. I create a sip trunk to the mediaSence and I check the recording information part
I create a route pattern with 7999 to use above trunk ...
ok in the mediasence configuration part
I installed the mediasence as fist node in the network
after it comes up ... I gave the admin user of cucm as AXL user and
do this configuration

Please check if you are hitting this
CSCvi79782 Intermittently MediaSense XVCRMAN thread is not reading the audio packets in case of SRTP calls
Symptom: Either the "Zero Size Track" recording generated on MediaSense Search and Play page or only 1 track is recorded on MediaSense even after receiving the RTP packets from network Conditions: MediaSense build 11.5 Workaround: Customer should use non-SRTP or upgrade to 11.5.1Su2 for the fix.
