Errors from Phones Not Registering

We have a few new models we added to CM. They do not want to register, but I can web access into them. All IP, DHCP, TFTP looks fine. However, they do all display the same error in the debug display logs on the phone:

System version: 12.5.1.12900-115 Unrestricted

Has anyone seen this before?

New models: 8811, 7832, 7821

System version: 12.5.1.12900-115 Unrestricted

The server is NOT in mixed-mode.

The solution was to move our DHCP from CUCM to a Windows server. Everything works perfectly now.

Hello,

Can you cross-check that you are assigning the correct phone-type per device?

Could you also post logs from the phones that do not register?

Here is the message, and it appears over and over again. I have double and triple checked that it's the correct phone type as well.

[11:29:18am 01/16/20] DeviceTLInfo DeviceName=SEP70C9C668DA28 IPv4Address=192.168.50.8 IPv6Address=CTL_Signature=Not InstalledCTL_TFTP_Server=N/AITL_Signature=xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx  ITL_TFTP_Server=CM2.domain.orgStatusCode=3

Just to take an idea...

Is there any other phone types are got registerd ?

What are the TFTP nodes in the cluster ? is the TFTP service is running ?

Yes, other phones are registered. Some 7841s, 7842s, 7921, 7941, 3905.  However, 8811s and 7832s do not work. , The TFTP nodes are up and running.

After some packet tracing with a TAC, we have determined that the Call Manager is not receiving any DHCP requests, but the phone is still receiving a DHCP IP. Not sure how that's possible if other phone models work.

so who is acting as your DHCP server. is it CUCM or another device ???

CUCM is acting as our DHCP server.
