The very first step I would recommend is log into the CIMC and check / upgrade any firmware or BIOS for the UCS chassis.

Then, I always like to perform offline bundle upgrades.
You will need a 6.x license, so plan and acquire that upgrade file in advance if possible.
Login to VMWare and download the Custom Cisco ISO for 6.5 U3 - offline bundle.
Upload the zip file to the UCS datastore.
Shut down all VM's
Place server in maintenance mode
Enable SSH if it is not already
Login to CLI and run the following command :
esxcli software sources profile list -d <zip file location>
- This will provide the exact profile name for the next step
esxcli software profile update -d <zip file location> -p <profile name>
esxcli software vib update -d <zip file location>

example of zip file location: /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/VMware_ESXi_6.7.0_14320388_Custom_Cisco_6.7.3.1_Bundle.zip

Restart esxi server
Remove maintenance mode
(Recommended) - Upgrade VM Version of guests before power on.
power on guests

THanks Mike,

So you are suggesting me to download the below offline bundle..
CISCO Custom Image for ESXi 6.5 U3 GA Offline Bundle
File size: 311.93 MB
File type: zip
from below link
https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/downloads/details?downloadGroup=OEM-ESXI65U3-CISCO&productId=614

and after then follow below mentioned process..
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/213689-upgrade-vmware-esxi-from-version-5-5-to.html

any suggestion on the ESXI patch or CUCM patches.. but I don't want to upgrade CUCM version , it would be remain 10.5

This will help you find the firmware versions required for ucs
