Today I faced a strange issue,

Every button I hit it announce to me what it is . When I am on the phone and if I get another incoming call it announces the call, where it is coming from and the phone number it is calling from .

What could be the possible problem for this case.

You should start by mentioning what phone model and FW you're using, and not just saying you have a problem with your phone.

If I had to guess, I'd say that's the voice feedback
