We have a mixture of video devices including EX series, SX series, 89XX series, and 99XX series video endpoints. We are utilizing an ISR G2 router with DSP resources to ad-hoc video calls.
Whenever an EX90 or an E20 phone is joined to that video call, that participant drops to audio only. In a point to point video call, the video works as expected.
We are running CUCM 9.1. We have tried every h264 codec available on the homogeneous bridge configuration.
Can anyone assist or have any insight as to why I cannot join these types of endpoints to an ad-hoc video call? I cannot see any errors in the logs/debugs on the EX90 endpoint and the ISR video bridge. Is there another place I should be looking?
