Expansion Module 7915 offline

Hi, 

 

I have CISCO IP Telephony Cisco 7962, with Expansion Module 7915 attached to it, suddenly the expansion module stopped working and does not display any thing on the screen and the buttons also not working.

I check on the phone, it gives that Expantion module is offline.

it was working perfectly before.

I did factory reset for the IP phone, but this did not solve the problem.

Firmware of the IP Phone is: SCCP42.9-2-1S

I have Cisco Unified CM version:  8.6.2.21900

Any help.

Check your switch. What is the power extracted by the unit ? Do a "show power inline" if POE.
