Hi All,
I have some phones that are hanging at "Firmware Upgrading" and have been like that for hours. This is due to the CUCM being across a very slow WAN link in relation to the phones on this site.
I want to put the files on a server local to the phones and have them upgrade via this rather than the CUCM.
I've downloaded the firmware files, put them in root of tftp folder. amended the DHCP option to point to the local server. I believe I also need to export the SEPMACADRDRESS.cnf.xml.sgn files and some other files from the CUCM and place these in the TFTP root of my temp tftp server? How do I get these files and which other do I need?
