Expressway peer address

Hi,

I have implemented many times an Expressway C&E solution where the Expressway-E has one interface

Now we want to implement an Expressway-E with two interfaces.

On the Expressway-C we have as the peer address the FQDN of the Expressway-E pointing to the real IP from Expressway-E

What should the FQDN on Expressway-C point to when we have an Expressway-E withj two interfaces?

Thanks

JH

Expressway E's FQDN needs to be resolvable from Expressway-C, if you have split-horizon DNS just make sure your "Services DMZ" (internal DMZ) IP address resolves to the FQDN and reverse.  This is well documented in MRA deployment guide.

Thanks, think I have found it

Hello Jan,

On a similar Implementation with Expressway-E with 2 Interfaces on DMZ ("internal"&"external") from the Exp-C my DNS lookup for the FQDN on Exp-E "returns" the "internal" Exp-E DMZ interface' IP address.
