Extension Mobility Cross Cluster phones keep logging out every night

Hi all,

 

running CUCM 11.5, we have an issue where EMCC phones log out every night. The service parameters are set correctly. What am I missing here? Thanks so much for your help.

This parameter specifies the maximum time that a user is allowed to be remotely logged in to a device, such as 8:00 (8 hours) or :30 (30 minutes).EMCC always enforce auto logout based on this value irrespective of the value of Enforce Maximum Login Time parameter.
  This is a required field.
  Default: 10:00
  Maximum length:  7
  Allowed values: Valid Input should lie between 0:00 and 168:00 in the format HHH:MM where HHH represents the number of hours and MM represents the number of minutes. For example, for 168 hours, enter 168:00; for 25 hours and 15 minutes, enter 25:15; for 30 minutes, enter :30; for indefinite login, enter 0 or 0:00 or :00.
  Unit: Hours:Minutes
