Extension Mobility Login Issues

Hi All,

I have some questions in mind related to the EM login conditions and it would be great if someone could provide me a support document if available because I am unable to find one.

(Lab to me is unavailable right now)

- Can a user profile configured for 69XX series login into other series' phones ?

- Can a SIP profile login into SCCP Phones or Vice-Versa ?

The model of the Device Profile and the physical phone being logged into must both support Line Safe and Feature Safe for this to work cleanly. You can check which models support those features under Unified Reporting.
