Hi all,
We're currently testing a setup, where all users will have a Device Profile to log in to physical phones, in addition to having an CIPC phone which will be configured for their user (with the device name also being their username).
However, when they connect the CIPC, and they were previously logged in to a physical phone, they now have two phones active. This causes problems for UCCX. Is there a way to log out the extension mobility without users having to locate the phone? Preferably an automatic way, but if we for example need to configure a service on the CIPC that logs out the user remotely, that could also work.
Kind regards,
Tom

This behavior is Controlled by Service Parameter of Extension Mobility.
Set Multiple Login To Logout the Old User Account, In which case if user login on CIPC it will automatically logout form other phone.
Go to Service>Service Parameter in CUCM and then Select Extension Mobility Service.

Both these answers assume one also logs in on the CIPC phone? Because we would like to avoid that if possible, since the devicename is already user specific, we would like to configure it with the users phone number configured on the phone directly. But that would mean this answer is not valid.
If it is not possible otherwise, we probably will have to go this route, that you still have to log in on a CIPC, but it would be nicer if we wouldn't need to go this route.

For this feature/parameter to work you will require to login into the second phone while you are already logged into another phone with same credentials.

Hi Tom,
You can use the following service parameter for Extension Mobility ( System > Service Parameters > Publisher > Cisco Extension Mobility )
