Extension Mobility - Multiple Profiles Possible..

Hi, working on a situation were a nurse needs one profile when working in one department (unique extension, ect) and another profile when working in a different department. Is this possible? If so, how many roaming profiles can a user have.

Also, if that is not feasible, any other ideas? Thanks for your help!!

Sure, it is possible, simply create as many as you need and associate them all to the user. I don't think there is a hard number limitation.

Awesome, thank you. So, the user would have multiple pins to login with depending on where they were working that day?

No, the PIN is always the same, when you select EM service and have multiple EM profiles associated they will be presented with a menu to pick the one they want to login with.
