hi Team,
I am facing an issue where when users logs into extension mobility the annunciator is playing in English instead of Local Japanese language. (language on phone is Japanese though even after EM login, its annunciator language which is English)
Logged out phone plays message in Japanese.
EM login creates issue with Annunciator Language
IP phone model is : 8841
CUCM version: 10.5.1.10000-7
Configurations are:
IP phone user locale : Japanese, Network Locale : Japan
End user Locale : Japanese
Device profile user Locale: Japanese.
Has anyone faced this issue before ?
Is it a bug or there is any solution available. Many thanks for your inputs.
