Hi ,

We are facing a strange issue where the user is not able to logout once he logs into the extension mobility feature on his phone. The device profile is made, the phone is 7962 and the ccm is 6.1 . Is this some bug or are we missing something here in the troubleshooting for sure ?

Hello guys, i'm having the same problem with my 7962 phones which are running 9-0-2SR2S FW. CUCM is 6.1.2.1000-13

When logged in, i'm not able to retreive my corporate directory and also, my services button does not show the logout function although the UDP is correctly subscribed to the EM service (logout service)

On another phone (7962), the logout service was available but i was not able to logout. The only way to logout the profile was to login that profile on another phone.

For me, the problem is not with the profile as it loads (and works) correctly on a 7961.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kurt
