Extension Mobility using Self-Service User ID

I want to make the EM login to be more simple. Can I use the End User's Self-Service User ID of CUCM, instead of using the User ID??

Hi Chi,

You can not use Self-Service User ID  to login to EM if that's what you meant. EM is designed to work with end user ID.

You will need to wait until version 12.0 sometime this summer which adds this ability.
