Hi guys,
Extension are not showing when the directories button is pressed on phones 7942. When pressed, and then select Corporate Directory, only the names appear but no extensions. I checked under Enterprise Parameters on CUCM8.5 and the Show Extension in Directory flag is set to True. Also under Device --> Device Settings --> Phone Services the Corporate Directory service is configured and Enterprise Subscription is True for this service.
Please advice. Thanks in advanced guys!

If you're replying based on the Primary Extension field which has a dropdown menu, that's not what I'm asking.
Does the user has his DN under the Telephone Number field if you look at it under end users??

Hello! Yes, the primary extension is associated to each user.
